I was a math major in college and have always had a fondness for numbers. Particularly unusual or whimsical numbers.
If you are math person, then you are in heaven with the number of Palindrome Days in May. Palindrome Days happen when the day’s date can be read the same way backward and forward.
In May these dates are:
May 20, 2025 (5-20-25)
May 21, 2025 (5-21-25)
May 22, 2025 (5-22-25)
May 23, 2025 (5-23-25)
May 24, 2025 (5-24-25)
May 25, 2025 (5-25-25)
May 26, 2025 (5-26-25)
May 27, 2025 (5-27-25)
May 28, 2025 (5-28-25)
May 29, 2025 (5-29-25)
There are dozens of sequences of integers that have been defined and analyzed. Some of my favorites are below; favorites because I like the name of the sequence and/or the sequence is the result of a puzzle that seems off the beaten track.

The sequences may seem whimsical, but they are often the focus of serious mathematics study. For example, there are hundreds of scholarly articles on Narayana’s cows sequence.

I am sure that you already knew that and have read many of them.
